Smart Works dresses and coaches unemployed women for job success.

The Smart Works service is open to unemployed women in Newcastle in need of additional support, including interview clothes and confidence-building in the run up to their interview.

Appointments to Smart Works are made by referral only.  Smart Works work with many referral agencies, including Jobcentre Plus, work programme providers and charities working to support women back into employment.
