The WasteNot List securely stores your contact details on the website’s database, which can only be accessed by this website’s Admin.

We do not store any customer’s financial information or ask you for any. Any payments will be made via PayPal.

If the WasteNot List provides any paid for services to you, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

The WasteNot List will retain your advert for as long as it is valid, accurate and up to date or until such time that you choose to close your account with us.

You can delete your online account at any time. If you would like to delete your account, please click here and put ‘Delete Account’ in the subject box. Please input the email address you used to create the account.

Marketing

If you are an advertiser (free or paid) you will only be contacted by The WasteNot List regarding your account and our service. This will either be via email and/or an ‘announcement’ delivered to the dashboard of your online account.

If you have requested to receive our newsletter you can opt out at any time.
