Emmaus Greenwich
Emmaus Greenwich is a charity that provides a home and meaningful work for up to 35 people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.
You can donate second-hand items to sell in their shop and help fund their community home, including:
- Good quality furniture
- White goods: fridges, freezers, washing machines, small household appliances
- Electrical items: TVs, gaming consoles, DVD players
- Soft furnishings, mattresses, sofas. These must have a valid Fire Safety label still attached to each item
- Bric a brac: China, glassware and kitchenware
- Books: Good condition paperbacks, coffee table books, hardbacks, academic, rare, collectors and children’s and 1st editions
- Textiles: Curtains, household linens, fabric, and clothes
- Garden: Garden tools, wheel barrows etc
- Arts & crafts: Sewing machines, wool, fabric, art supplies etc
- Small musical instruments
- Records, CDs, DVDs
