Men in Sheds is a ground-breaking project for older men. Activities include woodworking, skills sharing and socialising. Mixed sessions for men and women are also available.
Items to donate include:
- Good quality wood-working tools e.g. screwdriver, saw, chisel
- Woodworking consumables e.g. sandpaper, nails and screws
- High quality electrical equipment e.g. rechargeable drill, drill bits
- Good quality timber e.g. offcuts, plywood, pallet wood (good quality pallets)
- Tea, coffee and biscuits are always welcome at the sheds
