Get Creative ~ Repurpose

Make your own seed starting pots from ‘waste’ you have at home, for example why not use toilet rolls, egg shells or newspaper.

Waste

Some things simply cannot be reused, recycled or repurposed.
Before buying them ask yourself if you really need them?

Garden waste such as leaves, cut grass, etc can be composted.

Hazardous chemicals need to be disposed of appropriately. Search here to find a local hazardous waste disposal service near you. Try to find natural solutions to chemicals, for example try using egg shells to deter slugs and snails.
